All Clean Gas staff have passed various levels of propane training as required by OFREG to ensure compliance. The Certified Employee Training Program (C.E.T.P.) is the most distinguished training program in the United States and is accepted and recognized in the Cayman Islands.

Our Team
Dayne Brady – Operations Manager
Dayne has been in the propane industry for over 25 years and has been in the propane industry in Cayman since 2005. Additionally, he held a seat for 10 years on the Board of Directors of the NPGA. Dayne has held other various seats on task forces and committees dedicated to improving the industry. Dayne is dedicated to safety, customer service and training young Caymanian people in a career that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.
Nicholas Panton – Service Manager
Nick is born in Cayman. Nick comes from the tourism industry, but he has a background in construction working with McAlpine. Since he came onboard, he has completed all of the CETP levels for certification and he has worked his way up from an apprentice to Service Manager over the last few years.
Katherine Houston
Katherine is Caymanian and is our account manager. Katherine is CETP certified just like the rest of our staff and is working on getting more certificates under the CETP program. She is the customer's go to person and is the one that will come to your house to do a site visit. Kathrine has been with the company since we opened our doors.
Victoria Nairne
Victoria is born in Cayman, and is the smiling face you see when you come in the door. She is CETP certified and can help you with all of your propane questions. She has been with us for three years and enjoys meeting everyone when they come in the door.
Franklin Watson – Sr. Delivery Driver
Franklin is Caymanian born and raised and has worked in the propane industry for more than 13 years. He makes most of the bulk and 100lb tank deliveries and ensures that each customer’s tanks and connections are safe and optimized upon delivery. Frank prioritizes safety and “delivers” exceptional customer experiences.
Dylan Merren – Service Technician
Dylan is born and raised in Cayman and has been in the propane industry for more than 4 years. Working at Clean Gas has taught him an important trade that has allowed him to provide for his family. Dylan receives great satisfaction from educating people on the benefits of using propane in Cayman and values all Clean Gas customers.
Andy Rankine – Service Technician
Andy Caymanian born and raised has been working in the propane industry for more than 12 years. He handles new propane installations, renovations and upgrades for happy customers. Randy’s favourite part of the job is seeing happy customers once they have converted to propane appliances.
Eugene Barnes
Eugene is born in Cayman and has completed his basic level of CETP training and is working towards his full certification as an apprentice Service Tech. He has been with Clean Gas for 2 years and is great with Staff, he says, he “ I enjoy working with people to help them improve their quality of life by using propane”.
Dre Ebanks
Dre was born in Cayman and is also in our Service Tech Apprenticeship program. He has passed his basics testing and is working towards his CETP full certification. Dre is also our youngest recruit as he is right out of high school. Dre said, “ I saw an opportunity to learn a career, one that can take me places and make me proud of what I am learning”.
Leroy Whittaker
Leroy is born in Cayman, and is our fastest rising star in our Service Tech Apprenticeship program. He has completed most of his CETP courses and is well on his way to achieving his full certification in the next few months. Leroy is also a well-known jet ski racer here in Cayman and he is also a pretty good mechanic. He said, “ I saw this as an opportunity for me to advance my mechanic skills. I also see this as a long term option for my future wealth in Cayman.”
David Barnett
David was born in Cayman and was at one time a member of the Cayman Islands Police Service. David is one of our delivery drivers and is fully CTEP certified in Bobtail delivery and propane basics. Davids said, “ I love to drive and I love to meet people.” The comments we get from our customers is all the proof that we need to know is the man for the job!
Jayden Solomon
Jayden was born in Cayman and is a single parent. Jayden is on our plant maintenance team and is working his way through his CETP certifications. Jaydon is another young Caymanian who is trying to make a difference in the community.
